To qualify for the accreditation, Corporate Telecommunications' Gavin Lomax and
Chris King completed two tests, one in video solutions sales training and another in
video solutions pre-sales technical training, after studying through Polycom's
online university.

equipment you must be accredited. This ensures quality of service for the customer,
gives the manufacturer confidence that its products will not be mis-sold, and makes
